Shipping Policy

House Of Freshness provides Cash on Delivery service throughout Karachi. Our team and delivery partners deliver straight to the customer from our respective outlets.

Perishable products such as fresh meat, fish, and dairy are only delivered in Karachi. Kindly contact us to clarify if your delivery address is not covered by us.

A flat fee of Rs: 250 will be applied to get perishable products delivered to your location for locations that are not included as free delivery.

The minimum delivery order amount is Rs.1000.

Orders will be delivered in the specific time slots:

• 11 am to 1 pm

• 3 pm to 5 pm

•  7 pm to 9 pm

We will evaluate shipping charges as mentioned below.

• The item’s weight and size.

• Scheme for shipment.

• All orders will be delivered via courier or supplier delivery to the place you are sending them to (also known as the destination). Deliveries are door-to-door, although this may not always be available owing to logistic company restrictions or local rules.
