Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

House Of Freshness has a clear policy towards meat quality. We do accept returns and full refunds if the quality of meat is sub-standard.  Our policy lasts for 3 hours. If 3 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

[ ] To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and contain at least 75% of the contents of the original package as shipped from the HOUSE OF FRESHNESS supplier to you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To return your product, you should call our listed number or email House Of Freshness along with your complaint and we will send our rider to pick up the parcel from your home.
